1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING = WORLDWIDE PENPALS
We ship all over the world with EMS postal service. Kindly email us if you have yet to receive the tracking number.
2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR BOBBI TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Kindly allow 2-3 working days for local shipments, 3-5 working days for international shipments. All shipments are from Jakarta, Indonesia.
3. PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
No refunds, only size and color exchanges.
No unboxing video sadly means no exchanges.
Tags must still be intact
3 days within its arrival date.
Sale and collaboration items are not eligible for product exchanges.

The name BOBBI is inspired by the makeup brand BOBBI BROWN, the first ever makeup brand the owner stole from her mother’s vanity. What started off as a way to feel more independent, the brand turned into the owner’s heartfelt passion project.
